In our News Reports, we bring the latest news and developments from Disneyland Paris directly from the Resort.

Blue stars have been added to the new flooring near the parking area.

New construction fences have been placed near the Main Street Station, possibly in preparation for the Disney Music Festival, which begins on April 19, 2025.

The Boardwalk Candy Palace makeover is nearly complete. The reopening of this candy shop on Main Street, U.S.A. is scheduled for April 11, 2025.

In addition to the ongoing work on Casey’s Corner’s terrace, even more construction fences have now been added on Main Street, U.S.A., near Central Plaza. This time, it’s for the removal of the seasonal Tinker Bell decorations.

There is finally more space again near It’s a Small World. For months, this passageway was a nightmare to walk through. Disneyland Paris had placed several food chalets from an external company here, selling small snacks. This created a mess of queues and a bottleneck of guests, making it almost impossible to pass. What a relief to see this area back to how it should be!

Safety nets are not only found on the rooftops in Fantasyland, but also in Adventureland. On a wooden roof above the Aladdin character meet & greet location, similar nets have now been added. Until a full renovation of the roof takes place, these nets will likely remain for quite some time.

At Casa de Coco, the colorful flower garlands have disappeared. They had faded completely due to the sun—hopefully, new ones will be added soon!
In Adventureland, the first preparations for the Disney Music Festival, starting on April 19, are visible. A sound system and a control booth have been set up to ensure the musical performances run smoothly.
The major renovation of Big Thunder Mountain continues. A new section of track has now been installed, and scaffolding surrounds the mountain. The attraction is expected to reopen on June 21, 2025.

Construction fences now cover the entire front of Hyperspace Mountain, but the attraction remains open.

Minor painting work is taking place on Main Street, U.S.A., near City Hall in Disneyland Park.

The new terrace at Earl of Sandwich is complete. Until recently, construction walls were in place for the installation of new planters and flooring. Now, the terrace is finished, and the barriers have been temporarily removed. However, further flooring renovations will take place later—likely after the new LEGO and Déco by Disney shops have opened.

The work on the new Disney Village entrance for hotel guests is also continuing. A large metal structure has arrived, which will form the entrance. Once this is fully installed, hopefully, this long-running project can be completed soon.

The new McDonald’s in Disney Village is now under full construction, and the first walls are starting to appear above the fences. This new location of the fast food chain will be ready in 2026 and is located next to the current McDonald’s.

There isn’t much new to report around the area near the Sports Bar, but it is noticeable that the construction is gradually moving more towards the Disney Store. Fences have already been placed on the side of the Disney Store to remove the Disney characters that recreated the famous Mount Rushmore, an iconic sign. Once all the new shops are opened, we expect the closure of the Disney Store to follow soon after, to transform it into the new Disney Wonders shop.

Studio D and Minnie’s Musical Moment are closed. This cheap and simple replacement for Disney Junior Dream Factory is ending its shows after just a few months. The theater will remain closed until possibly the fall or winter. Hopefully, Studio D will reopen with a more substantial and high-quality offering.

You can currently get a free Avengers Campus water bottle when you purchase merchandise at Mission Equipment worth €60 or more, and this offer is available in the afternoon between 1 PM and 5 PM.

While there are still many guests in the Walt Disney Studios Park and the park is burdened with numerous construction works as well as limited dining options, Disneyland Paris still doesn’t seem to be opening all of its dining establishments.
The Super Diner, formerly Café des Cascadeurs, has once again closed. The revamped restaurant, which reopened alongside Avengers Campus, had already received a new menu after the initial one led to empty seats. The heyday of the restaurant, where you could once enjoy the best hamburgers, is long behind us.
