In our News Reports, we bring the latest news and developments from Disneyland Paris directly from the Resort. All the smaller news is compiled together in this News Report
At the entrance of the Walt Disney Studios Park, a large number of construction walls can be found. These construction walls extend into the Front Lot. As a result, Studio Services is no longer accessible; a new temporary location can be found inside the Photo Studio shop.

On the Front Lot, the Sorcerer Mickey fountain has now been fully restored. First, the rocks were repaired, followed by the repainting. Now that all the work is done, the fountain has been turned back on after having been dry for several months during the winter.

A series of construction walls have been moved and removed, making the area around Animation Celebration significantly larger once again. A new flower bed has been created, featuring the large Mickey statue that used to be part of the old Toon Studio sign at its center. Surrounding the big Mickey statue are other sculptures of various Disney characters, which were previously displayed around the large Sorcerer’s Hat. This new flower bed is part of the major makeover that Walt Disney Studios Park is undergoing as it prepares to transform into Disney Adventure World next year.
In the newly reopened area, a new information board has also been installed.
At the exit of the former Studio 1, which will soon reopen under the new name World Premiere, the “Partners” statue featuring Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse is already in place, with a newly painted backdrop behind it that appears to be complete.
The old “Hollywood Boulevard” has reopened with new flooring, and part of the old “fake” Hollywood facades have been removed. The artificial palm trees that once stood here have also disappeared. This walkway will soon become the connecting route between the old section of the park and the new area.
At the former Fastpass location of the Tower of Terror, no construction work is visible yet. This location will soon be transformed into a small shop, which is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The Animagique Theater has reopened, bringing back the show Mickey and the Magician. The entire area in front of the theater is currently undergoing a makeover — it’s not fully completed yet, but many changes are already visible, especially to the flooring. At the theater itself, a digital display board has been added showing the showtimes. In the queue area, a large mural has been added to the wall featuring the theater’s name and the logo of the new sponsor, VISA.

In Disneyland Park, the long-awaited Disney Music Festival has begun, featuring various small-scale performances and entertainment throughout the park, along with a closing show at the end of the day. The Disney Music Festival will run until September 7, 2025.
An additional decorative element has been added at the Overland Trail Café in Frontierland, featuring subtle references to the sponsor, Doritos.

In Discoveryland, the letters of COOL POST have currently been removed.
In several places throughout Frontierland, you can find golden nuggets. It’s not yet clear what they’re for, but it seems like it might be part of a treasure hunt.

Since Doritos took over the Overland Trail Café, the Turkey Leg is now once again available at Last Chance Café.

The menu at Toad Hall Restaurant in Fantasyland has also been updated, and you can now find the salads that were introduced a few months ago at many other locations across the Resort.
At The Old Mill during the Disney Music Festival, Rapunzel cookies are available, and the Dutch snack ‘poffertjes’ are also back on the menu.
At the front of Disney Village, work has begun on the new security check, which will be designed in the same style as the main entrance just a few meters to the right, as well as the new entrance on the other side of Disney Village for Disney hotel guests.
Some changes have been made to the Disney Character meet-and-greets during the Disney Music Festival. You can now meet Donald Duck at the Boarding House on Town Square in Main Street USA, and on the other side of the square, you can take a photo with Scrooge in the afternoon.
