?? A themed evening full of Jazz that was what it should have been but it was not. The Disney Loves Jazz event last Saturday at the Walt Disney Studios Park was more a Disney Character party than a real Jazz themed evening. Of course there was the Jazz Concert on the Motors….Action Stuntshow in the Backlot area and that was Jazz from the 1st to the last minute. But in the park itself there was “some” jazz music on only 3 locations, but the highlight for most people visiting this event was the different photo locations with Disney Characters and of course the premiére of Edgar, the Villain of Disney’s Aristocats.
The event was not too crowed, so that was nice for the guests in the park during the event. There wasn’t a very high demand for tickets, so a lot of free tickets were given through contests or for ex-shareholders of Disneyland Paris. We waited for some of the characters and the lines were not that bad, especially towards the end of the evening. You could meet Roger Rabbit, Eddie Valiant, Ortensia, Oswald, Dr. Facilier, Tiana, Naveen, Louis, the Aristocats, Edgar, Mickey, Minnie, the Incredibles & Frozone.
Some attractions were open so it was also a nice opportunity to do Crush’ Coaster with a 5 minute wait, instead 60 minutes during the day. And the end for me, this was a enjoyable evening.
?? Een gethematiseerde avond vol Jazz had het moeten worden, maar dat was het niet. De Disney Loves Jazz event in het Walt Disney Studios Park was meer een Disney Characters Party dan en echte Jazz avond. Natuurlijk was er het Jazz Concert bij Motors…ACTION Stuntshow in het Backlot gedeelte en dat was Jazz van de eerste tot laatste minuut. Maar in het park zelf was er maar een beetje jazz te zien op slechts 3 plaatsen. Maar het hoogtepunt voor de meeste mensen was natuurlijk de fotolocaties met de Disney figuren en niet te vergeten de wereldpremière van Edgar, de slechterik uit Disney’s Aristokatten.
Het event was niet super druk, dus dat was een meevaller voor de gasten die in het park waren. Er was geen grote vraag naar tickets, dus werden er veel gratis tickets gegeven aan de hand van wedstrijden en ook voor de ex-aandeelhouders van Disneyland Paris. We hebben voor enkele Disney Characters gewacht en de wachtrijen waren niet te erg, zeker niet later op de avond. Je kon Roger Rabbit, Eddie Valiant, Ortensia, Oswald, Dr. Facilier, Tiana, Naveen, Louis, the Aristocats, Edgar, Mickey, Minnie, the Incredibles & Frozone ontmoeten.
Er waren ook enkele attracties open, dus dat was de perfecte tijd om even Crush’ Coaster te bezoeken met een wachttijd van 5 minuten in plaats van 60 minuten tijdens de dag. Op het einde van de avond vond ik dit best een leuke en aangename avond zonder veel stress.
