?? From this weekend the new Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World is officially open and it’s already extremely popular with waiting times to 300 minutes for Slinky Dog Dash with a line that started at the former The Great Movie Ride.
This new section on a former backstage area of the park was opened by Bob Chapek, Chairman, Disney Parks Experiences and Consumer Products and actor Tim Allen, who is also the voice of Buzz Lightyear.
“With this new land, we’re taking what we do best – creating magical experiences – and combining them with the heart, the humor, and the adventure of ‘Toy Story.’” Bob said. “We’ve created an unbelievable place where you will magically transform to the size of a toy, and experience new adventures for the whole family. With new attractions, including the one-of-a-kind Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers, you’re in store for an experience that you will never forget.”
The version in Florida is much bigger than the Toy Story Playland we have in Disneyland Paris. But the version in Paris will get bigger in the future with an attraction that also can be found at the new Toy Story Land in Orlando. Alien Swirling Saucers is one of the new attractions that will be added to the Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris as part of the big expansion plan for the park announced earlier this year.
There is also a Toy Story Land in Hong Kong Disneyland & Shanghai Disneyland both other versions.
?? Vanaf dit weekend is het nieuwe Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World officieel geopend en het is al onmiddellijk razend populair met een wachtrij tot 300 minuten voor Slinky Dog Dash die starte aan de ingang van het voormalige The Great Movie Ride.
Dit nieuwe gedeelte, op een voormalig backstage gebied, werd geopend door Bob Chapek, Chairman, Disney Parks Experiences & Consumer Products en acteur Tim Allen, die ook de stem is van Buzz Lightyear.
“Met dit nieuwe land doen we waar we goed in zijn – creëren van magische ervaringen – en combineren met het hart, de humor en het avontuur van ‘Toy Story’.” Zei Bob. “We hebben een ongelooflijke plek gecreëerd waar je op magische wijze kunt transformeren naar de grootte van een speeltuig en nieuwe avonturen beleeft voor het hele gezin. Met nieuwe attracties, waaronder het unieke Slinky Dog Dash en Alien Swirling Saucers, wacht je een ervaring die je nooit zult vergeten. ”
De versie in Florida is veel groter dan het Toy Story Playland dat we hebben in Disneyland Paris. Maar de versie in Parijs zal groter worden in de toekomst met een attractie die nu ook te vinden is in het nieuwe Toy Story Land in Orlando. Alien Swirling Saurcers is één van de nieuwe attracties dat toegevoegd zal worden in het Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris als deel van het grote uitbreidingsplan voor het park dat eerder dit jaar werd aangekondigd.
