We konden het bijna niet geloven toen we onlangs het gerucht hoorden dat de Jungle Book Jive naar het Walt Disney Studios Park ging komen en meer bepaald naar de show arena van Moteurs…ACTION Stuntshow maar toch is het juist. Vandaag heeft Disneyland Paris ons via InsidEars laten weten dat de Jungle Book Jive, de immens populaire show van vorige zomer, terug opgevoerd zal worden vanaf 22 augustus 2020 met een nieuwe verhaallijn. Er werd niet gekozen voor de meest logische locatie maar duidelijk voor een buitenlocatie waar men makkelijk afstandsegels kan invoegen en toch nog een grote capaciteit bezoekers kan binnenlaten. Zoals wij verwachten zal de capaciteit van de Parken ook wel wat verhoogd worden, dat zagen we dit weekend al met hogere wachttijden dan de eerste dagen van de heropening, en vooral in het Walt Disney Studios Park kan dit voor problemen zorgen aangezien er zo weinig te doen is. Een populaire show in een theater met veel capaciteit kan alvast een groot voordeel zijn voor het Studios Park. Let wel op: om naar de Jungle Book Jive te gaan kijken moet je een reservatie maken met Lineberty, op die manier kunnen ze de stroom aan bezoekers controleren en zal het vaak ook niet mogelijk zijn meerdere keren per dag naar de show te gaan kijken want je kan maximum 1 Lineberty reservatie per keer hebben. Dit kan er ook voor zorgen dat de Lineberty reservaties voor de Frozen meet & greets iets minder snel volzet zijn. We zijn benieuwd wat ze met het decor gaan doen van de stuntshow, hoe ze die gaan aanpassen aan het Jungle thema en of dit ook het definitieve einde zal betekenen van de originele stuntshow.
Naast de Jungle Book Jive komt ook de Lion King show: Rhythm of the Pride Lands terug en dat vanaf 15 Augustus 2020. In het officiële bericht van Disneyland Paris wordt er niet over een Lineberty Reservatie gesproken als het om die Lion King show gaat, nochtans heeft het Frontielrand theater waar de show te zien zal zijn een veel kleinere capaciteit dan de show arena van Moteurs…ACTION Stuntshow in het Walt Disney Studios Park.

We could hardly believe it when we heard the rumor recently that the Jungle Book Jive was coming to the Walt Disney Studios Park and more specifically to the show arena of Moteurs … ACTION Stunt show but still it is correct. Today, Disneyland Paris informed us through InsidEars that the Jungle Book Jive, last summer’s hugely popular show, will be staged from August 22, 2020 with a new storyline. They didn’t choose for the most logical location, but clearly for an outdoor location where it is easy to insert social distancing and still allow a large capacity of visitors to enter. We expect that the capacity of the Parks will also be increased a bit, we saw it already this weekend with longer waiting times than the first days of the reopening, and especially in the Walt Disney Studios Park this can cause problems as many attractions are closed or in construction. A popular show in a theater with a lot of capacity can be a big advantage for the Studios Park. Please note: to watch the Jungle Book Jive you have to make a reservation with Lineberty, that way they can control the flow of visitors and it will probably not be possible to watch the show several times a day because you can have only 1 Lineberty reservation at a time. This can also ensure that the Lineberty reservations for the Frozen meet & greets will be sold out less quickly. We are curious about what they will do with the decor of the stunt show, how they will adapt it to the Jungle theme and whether this will also mean the final end of the original stunt show.
In addition to the Jungle Book Jive, the Lion King show: Rhythm of the Pride Lands will return from August 15, 2020. The official message from Disneyland Paris does not mention a Lineberty Reservation when it comes to that Lion King show, however the Frontielrand theater where the show will be shown has a much smaller capacity than the show arena of Moteurs … ACTION Stunt show at Walt Disney Studios Park.
