?? Dit weekend is de tweede editie van “Le Rendez-Vous Gourmand” in Disneyland Paris van start gegaan. Net zoals vorig jaar is dit te vinden in het Walt Disney Studios Park. Vrijdagavond tijdens een event voor genodigden werd de editie van 2018 feestelijk geopend door onder andere Daniel Delcourt, the Chief Operating Officer van Disneyland Paris.
Dit jaar werd het festival, die zijn inspiratie haalde bij het Amerikaanse Food & Wine Festival in Epcot van Walt Disney World, flink uitgebreid. Vorig jaar werden enkel specialiteiten van verschillende regio’s in Frankrijk verkocht, maar dit jaar werden er extra chalets neergezet van Europese landen zoals Italië, Spanje en België.
Dit jaar werden ook de vegetarische gasten niet vergeten, met een nieuwe Vegan chalet. Bij ieder Food & Wine festival in Epcot is er ook een hele reeks merchandise te vinden, en ook hier in Disneyland Parijs begint men meer en meer merchandise te verkopen bij zo’n festival. Dit jaar werd de merchandise uitgebreid en kreeg die ook een eigen chalet op de Hollywood Boulevard.
Het Rendez-Vous Gourmand in Disneyland Paris loopt vanaf 27 juli tot en met 30 september 2018, een stuk langer dan vorig jaar, toen het enkel in de maand september was.
?? This weekend the second edition of “Le Rendez-Vous Gourmand” has started in Disneyland Paris. Just like last year this can be found in the Walt Disney Studios Park. On Friday evening during an event for invited guests, the 2018 edition was festively opened by, among others, Daniel Delcourt, the Chief Operating Officer of Disneyland Paris.
This year, the festival, which got its inspiration from the American Food & Wine Festival in Epcot at Walt Disney World, expanded considerably. Last year, only specialties from different regions in France were sold, but this year extra chalets were set up from European countries such as Italy, Spain and Belgium.
This year also the vegetarian guests were not forgotten, with a new Vegan chalet. At every Food & Wine festival in Epcot there is also a whole range of merchandise to be found, and here in Disneyland Paris, more and more merchandise is being sold at such a festival too. This year the merchandise was expanded and also got its own chalet on the Hollywood Boulevard.
The Rendez-Vous Gourmand at Disneyland Paris runs from 27 July to 30 September 2018, a lot longer than last year, when it was only in the month of September.
