Adventure Isle is terug geopend na een renovatie van 6 maanden
Adventure Isle is back open after a refurbishment of 6 months
Enkele dagen na de heropening van Adventure Isle werd ook de Pirate Galleon of de piratenboot terug geopend voor de gasten
The Pirate Galleon or the pirateship is also back open now for guests, some day’s after the reopening of Adventure Isle.
Door de heropening van Adventure Isle zijn er heel veel bouwhekken verdwenen, maar ze zijn nog niet allemaal weg. Er zijn nog kleinere renovatiewerken te vinden in Adventureland.
With the reopening of Adventure Isle a lot of construction walls are gone, but not all of them. There are still a couple of small renovations in Adventureland.
Na een lange tijd is het “Boots” naambord terug. Het balkon bij één van de gebouwen in Frontierland is klaar om terug te keren.
After a very long time the “Boots” sign is back. The balcony of one the buildings in Frontierland is also ready to come back.

De kraan bij het Kasteel is weg, de verfbeurt van het kasteel is voorbij. Maar het brugje naar het kasteel via de wensput blijft gesloten.

Een complete renovatie van de Ribbons & Bows shop in Main Street USA is van start gegaan. Dit verklaard het feit dat dit gebouw totaal geen aandacht kreeg voordien zoals gemeld in mijn Nieuwsverslag van August 2016.

Schoonmaakbeurt voor het Disneyland Hotel, ik hoop dat ze ook de daken deze keer schoonmaken.

De Royal Castle Stage kan een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Dit zal zeker binnenkort gebeuren, aangezien het podium gebruikt zal worden tijdens het aankomende Halloween Seizoen in het Disneyland Park.
The Royal Castle Stage can use a clean-up. They will definitely do that in the coming weeks, as they will use the stage again during the upcoming Halloween Season in the Disneyland Park.
Met Adventure Isle terug open valt het op dat niet het volledige eiland een renovatie heeft gekregen. De achterkant heeft weinig tot geen aandacht gehad.
With Adventure Isle now back open, you can see that not the entire island has been refurbished. The back of the island didn’t got any attention.
Met alle watervallen terug in werking op Adventure Isle zijn deze bij restaurant Pizza Outpost nog niet hersteld.
With all the waterfalls working again on Adventure Isle, the waterfalls near Pizza Outpost are still not fixed.

Renovatie van de ingang van het Walt Disney Studios Park
Refurbishment of the entrance to the Walt Disney Studios Park
Bouwhekken in het Walt Disney Studios Park om bomen te verwijderen op Place des Stars. Dit om het zicht op de Tower of Terror te verbeteren voor het aankomende “Star Wars Season of the Force” vanaf Januari 2017.
Construction walls in the Walt Disney Studios Park to remove some trees on Place des Stars. This would give guests a better view of the Tower of Terror during the upcoming “Star Wars Season of the Force” starting in January 2017.
Het voormalige Disney Television gebouw is opnieuw geschilderd.

Kleine aanpassingen in de parade vandaag. Rafiki is opnieuw te zien tijdens de parade, maar staat niet zoals voorheen op de paradewagen maar loopt er nu voor. Peter Pan & Wendy staan niet op de paradewagen maar lopen voor de wagen tussen de dansende piraten, daarentegen is Mr. Smee wel de op wagen te vinden in plaats van Captain Hook. Bij de start van de parade zijn ook de 3 feeën niet aanwezig.
Small changes at today’s parade. Rafiki is again part of the parade, but in front of the parade float instead of on it. Peter Pan & Wendy are walking in front of the Pirates float between the dancing pirates instead of Peter Pan standing on the float. On the float we see Mr. Smee instead of Captain Hook. Also at the start of the parade there were no Fairies.
