Sinds vorige winter is er nieuwe trend zichtbaar bij “Art of Disney Animation” in het Walt Disney Studios Park. Het gedeelte bij de uitgang van de attractie waar ook de “Animation Academy” te vinden is doet nu ook dienst als Meet and Greet locatie voor nieuwe Disney Characters waarvan hun film in de bioscopen te zien is. Tijdens afgelopen winter had je de kans om Moana/Vaiana te ontmoeten terwijl ook de film in de bioscopen te zien was, en nu de live action re-make van Beauty and the Beast binnenkort in de zalen te zien is, is het de beurt aan Belle om gasten te ontvangen voor een foto en handtekening.
Telkens er ander Disney figuren hun opwachting maken in “Art of Disney Animation” veranderd ook de bijbehorende shop “the Animation Gallery” met passende merchandise. Voorheen was dit een shop met uitsluitend merchandise van Moana/Vaiana, momenteel zijn het allemaal souvenirs van Beauty and the Beast.
I think this is a really good idea and when we went in February I enjoyed going in there seeing Moana and her merchandise, as well as the animation collection. Belle I’m sure will be very popular and will be a great idea as they have the concept pieces of the beast inside there as well.
