All our Disneylicious dishes are prepared with care by our in-house chefs using only the finest and freshest seasonal produce. Depending on your restaurant, here’s what your premium menu may include: filet of Saint-Pierre with potato cake and caviar; slow-cooked veal with Périgourdine sauce, wild mushrooms, confit vegetable pie and black truffle; and risotto St-Jacques with clams.

Gourmet vegan menus
Our chefs have worked their magic to create tasty gourmet vegan menus in all restaurants during Chef’s Enchanting Festive Cuisine. Discover vegan delights such as: vegetable pie with smoked tofu, black truffle chips and cashew oil herb salad; quinoa with morels, roasted pumpkin and hazelnuts; and cassolette of conchigli-shaped vegetables and a porcini mushroom coulis.
For little ones, every plate is filled with magic, from Christmas trees they can decorate themselves to Disney Character and snowman-shaped veggies. It’s almost too good to eat! Kids treats include: roast veal with hazelnuts, mashed potato and carrots; smoked salmon heart with waffles and chive cream; and egg casserole with salmon.
